The SRAM Product Line includes a complete family of High Speed and Low Power SRAMs designed for the Commercial, Industrial and Military markets. The devices range in density from 1K to 1 Meg with speeds as fast as 8 ns for 64K density SRAMs. The first selection guide contains the listing of all SRAMs for the commercial (0C to +70C) and industrial (-40C to +85C) temperature ranges while the second selection guide contains a listing of all the SRAMs offered in the military (-55C to +125C) temperature range. The military selection guide also includes all the Standard Military Drawings (SMDs) offered by Pyramid Semiconductor. The various packages offered for each device in the SRAM family are also shown in the selection guides. For product/speed/package combinations not shown in the tables, please consult the factory for availability.
